Bedding Innovation: The Story Behind the World’s Longest Mattress

In the ever-evolving world of sleep technology, one innovation stands tall—quite literally—the world’s longest mattress. Its story is a testament to human creativity and the pursuit of ultimate comfort.

In general, we see in everything that such awards do belong to foreign companies, so we thought that we should also make such a record of our country India, and how we made the materials we made, what they are used for, and measure them. Such a video was also sent to India Book and many thanks to every member of India Book for watching and liking it.

Crafted from a blend of cutting-edge materials and ingenious design, the journey of this colossal bedding marvel began with a visionary team aiming to redefine the boundaries of bedtime comfort.

The title for the longest mattress was achieved by Keval Foam Private Limited in Keshod, Gujarat. Their mattress, measuring 185 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 10 inches thick, was composed of Pu foam, heavy fabric, fiber quilt, nonwoven material, and Kini foam.

These matresses were cut over 9 days and took an average of over 750 hours and employed an average of 5 to 40 men. Apart from this, it was also a challenge that Matteress turned over at least 3 places within the last 13 days. The length of these mattresses is 185 feet.

We came up with the idea of this material race 3 years in advance, but 3 years have passed since today and tomorrow, and our entire staff has contributed a lot in making this idea successful and the machines have also given full support.
