Refund and Return Policy

Shipping and Transportation:

While the shipping company takes reasonable care to pack and sell the products correctly, the sale is complete after the goods are delivered to the customer. If the Goods are delivered in a damaged condition, the Customer shall immediately notify the Company.

Use of materials:

The content on this website is owned by or used under license by the business and its associated entities. It is not allowed to be used for any public or commercial purpose without written permission from the respective organization or entity. This includes using any logos, brands, names, or other content on the site for selling or modifying it.

Refund Policy:

  1. In case of return of orders placed using the No Cost EMI payment option, the portion of interest charged through the deposit is deducted at the time of return.
  2. Warranty form and support number will be provided in email.

Step : 1

The team will let you know if your purchase qualifies for a refund or not as well guide you with the next steps. Please note that only standard sized mattresses are eligible for returns. Sleep accessories, bed linen, & customized items are not eligible for returns at the moment. 

Step : 2

Fill in the order return form. We will validate and accept your return request within 24 hours. We shall depart each information via email.

Step : 3

We will send you our return package with packing materials and return documents. It will include.

  1. A Zipper cover – A PVC Zipper Cover is for packing the mattresses  to ensure that the returned product arrives without any fresh damage.
  2. Waybill – A copy containing the FROM (your) and To (our) addresses.
  3. Invoice Copy – The physical invoice copy of your order

Step : 4

Once you have received the packing materials, please pack your mattress in the zipper cover and stick the waybill on the zipper cover. Submit invoices,  and other documents to our courier partner.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the defect is found to be true, we will inform you about the status of your return immediately after we have done our due diligence. If your application is approved, we will initiate a transfer to your Credit Card (or Basic Method of Payment). Depending on your Card Issue Dates, you will receive Credit within a minimum of 15 business days.
